I was born and raised in Fort Smith and grew up in the family business, Glidewell Distributing, which was founded in 1946. But even before going to work with my family, I was fascinated by real estate.
When I was a child, I would watch my parents get really good deals on homes whenever we would move. We didn’t move a lot, but when we did, I thought it was great how my parents would always make a little profit off the sale of our house. For a kid with a small allowance, I didn’t realize selling homes for a profit was the norm – I just thought the whole idea was neat.
In 2002, I partnered with a close friend, and we began buying rental houses/multi-family units. Since then, and now as a licensed agent with Bradford & Udouj Realtors, I’ve learned a lot of valuable life lessons as well as quite a few important lessons about real estate – the main one being that real estate is first and always a people business.
When I’m not working, I like to travel, work in my yard and walk my dogs. When I am working, I like to help simplify the real estate transaction process for those who trust me to provide them with outstanding service and expertise.
