On the National Association of Realtors’ website, Realtor.com, I was looking through its Alma listings and found two gigantic homes on the market – one on Osprey Circle, the other on Eagles Way. Both contain more than 400,000 square feet, and both are priced at less than $600,000.
The Osprey Circle home is listed for $595,000 and is truly elegant. There’s a nice big lawn outside and an attached three-car garage. It was built in 2009, and though there’s only a half acre of land, there’s enough room to get five bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom in the house.
This single-family home contains 4,980 square feet of space, making it perfect for a growing family. Located in the Eagle Crest phase II development, amenities include dishwasher, double oven, ice machine, microwave oven, range, refrigerator, trash compactor, two air conditioners and two water heaters.
While relaxing in this beautiful home in Alma, you can look out on a golf course view. The home is situated near a fire station, schools and a shopping center. Another great feature of this home is it’s located on a cul-de-sac.
Finally, check out these other amenities, as described by the National Association of Realtors:
On a cul-de-sac on Eagles Way in Alma sits this lovely brick and rock, four-bedroom, European-style home that’s also listed for $595,000. A rolling lawn in back and golf course views – along with a whopping 5,350 square feet of living space – make this lovely home a real bargain for the asking price.
Built in 2003, this two-storey home has a three-car garage, 13 total rooms (including two full bathrooms and one half bathroom), double pane windows and a separate laundry room. There are fireplaces in the living room, the family room and the master bedroom.
Outside, the new owners will enjoy a second-floor deck with elaborate wrought-iron railings that looks out across the gorgeous lawn and golf course. Inside, similar to the home on Osprey Circle, this one features a dishwasher, ice machine, microwave oven, trash compactor, and two air conditioners and water heaters.
Here are some more amenities, described by the National Association of Realtors.
It’s hard to imagine which home would be the most exciting to live in. But you can look at both of them, any time you want. Nick and I would be happy to help you decide if either of these huge Alma homes would be the right one for you.
Alma. Small town, two big houses.
