Our featured home this time is in Mulberry, on the edge of town, and offers so much for the low asking price of $89,000.  This wood-and-brick home was built in 1968 so, yes, it’s a little older, but with 1,667 square feet of living space on slightly less than half an acre, it’s the perfect house for a small family to grow in.  You can see the house here.

The house has a home office and a big two-car carport.  Appliances include a gas range, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.  It’s located near Mulberry Middle School and Mulberry High School.

As much as Nick and I like the numerous features in this home, what we really like is $89,000.  With home loan rates near or at record lows, somebody’s going to find one great deal with this house.  Like we said about taxes, Mulberry home prices are still highly affordable.  It’s a great city to live in, for these and so many other reasons.
